These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ligato AI platform and services operated by J Bone Investments LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Program Description

Ligato AI provides AI-powered communication services for home service businesses. When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you may receive text messages including: new lead alerts, appointment confirmations and reminders, AI conversation summaries, emergency call notifications, account and service updates, and responses to support inquiries.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the volume of inbound leads your business receives. You may receive multiple messages per day during active business periods. You control your notification preferences through your account settings.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any charges that may apply to messages you send or receive.

Opt-In

Business owners consent to receive notifications when they sign up for the Ligato AI platform at getligato.com. During account setup or demo booking, the business owner provides their mobile phone number and checks the SMS consent checkbox on the sign-up form, agreeing to receive automated text notifications about calls, leads, and urgent requests handled by their AI assistant. By checking the consent checkbox and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Ligato AI at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS will not cancel your Ligato AI account or subscription.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Description of Services

Ligato AI provides AI-powered communication tools for home service businesses, including:

• AI Chat Widget for websites
• AI-powered SMS/text message handling
• AI-powered voice/phone call handling
• Professional website design and hosting
• Lead capture, alerts, and CRM tools
• Appointment booking integrations

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information about yourself and your business. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees and Payment

Our services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam) to consumers
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or state consumer protection laws
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or unlawful content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. AI Services Disclaimer

Our AI services are designed to assist with customer communication but are not a substitute for human judgment. The AI may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete responses. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated conversations and ensuring the accuracy of information provided to your customers. We recommend monitoring your AI interactions regularly through your dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Ligato AI platform (including software, text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by J Bone Investments LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the business data and content you provide to us. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your business information solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ligato AI and J Bone Investments LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J Bone Investments LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
